Functional indications of reduced glutathione

1. Chemotherapy patients: including chemotherapy with cisplatin, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, erythromycin, and bleomycin, especially during high-dose chemotherapy.

2. Radiation therapy patients.

3. Various types of hypoxemia, such as acute anemia, adult respiratory distress syndrome, sepsis, etc.

4. Liver disease: including liver damage caused by viral, drug toxicity, alcohol toxicity, and other chemical toxicity.

5. It can also be used as an adjuvant therapy for organophosphate, amino or nitro compound poisoning.

Reduced glutathione usage and dosage

1. Administration route:

(1) Intravenous injection: Dissolve it in injection water and add it to 100ml of physiological saline for intravenous drip, or slowly inject it into less than 20ml of physiological saline.

(2) Intramuscular injection administration: Dissolve it in injection water and inject it into the muscle.

2. Dosage:

(1) Chemotherapy patients: Dissolve 1.5g/m2 of this product in 100ml of physiological saline within 15 minutes before administering chemotherapy drugs, intravenously administer within 15 minutes, and intramuscularly administer 600mg of this product daily from the 2nd to the 5th day. When using cyclophosphamide (CTX), to prevent damage to the urinary system, it is recommended to administer the product intravenously immediately after CTX injection and complete the infusion within 15 minutes; When using cisplatin for chemotherapy, it is recommended that the dosage of this product should not exceed 35mg/mg cisplatin to avoid affecting the chemotherapy effect.

(2) Liver disease: Inject 300mg or 600mg of this product into the muscles daily.

(3) Other diseases: such as hypoxemia, 1.5g/m2 of this product can be dissolved in 100ml of physiological saline and intravenously infused. After the condition improves, 300-600mg of intramuscular injection should be administered daily to maintain the condition.

3. Treatment course:

Liver disease usually lasts for 30 days as a course of treatment, and other conditions depend on the condition.
